The Board of Directors of OKTA AD – Skopje brought a decision for appointing Dimitrios Paschos as the new Acting Executive Member of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer of the company. At the same time, the former Chief Executive Officer of OKTA, Vuk Radovic, takes over the position of President of the Board of Directors. Also, a new position of Deputy President of the Board of Directors was introduced and Mr. Vassilios Baggiokos – non-executive independent member of the Board is appointed as the Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors.
The new Chief Executive Officer of OKTA, Dimitrios Paschos, is a Master in International Finance who knows the company and the state of the domestic and global energy markets very well, given that until his appointment to the new position he held the position of Director of Finance and Administration of OKTA, to which he was appointed in July 2019. Until a new Director of Finance and Administration is appointed, Mr. Paschos will continue to perform this function.
Mr. Radovic since the beginning of 2020 has successfully held the position of Chief Executive Officer of OKTA.
In addition to the above the Board of Directors elected three acting members of the Board of Directors, being Dionysios Routsis – non-executive member of the Board, Dimitrios Paschos – executive member of the Board and CEO, and Theodora Petroula, non-executive independent member of the Board.
These decisions will come into force on July 24, 2023.
